Our tools are designed to be used by HR teams, recruiters, and business leaders without any formal training in psychology. Reports are written in clear, practical language, and our team is available to guide you through setup and first use.

Reports are generated immediately. You can access them through your account and, if enabled, receive AI-generated summaries through McQuaig Maven.

All clients receive access to McQuaig’s full suite of assessments and support materials. That includes the McQuaig Word Survey, cognitive assessments, onboarding and development tools, and our AI assistant. There are no per-use charges under our fair usage policy.

Yes. While most clients start with hiring, many go on to use the same tools to improve team communication, support managers, and identify future leaders from within.

We work best with companies that are actively hiring and value a structured approach to recruitment. Most of our clients are mid-sized organizations (100–1,000 employees) in industries like healthcare, finance, professional services, and education.

Currently, we are not targeting leads in the UK for this service. We work with clients across the US, Canada, and Australia.
